A regular charge through the electric socket takes between 3-4 hours.

Your jOOBOO needs to be checked-in, as the blades are quite sharp and would be considered hazardous. 

All jOOBOO’s have a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

We generally recommend to run the self-cleaning process after every blend and every now and then recommend a deep cleaning to remove possible residuals.

Your jOOBOO can be stored in a cupboard or left out on your countertop. We recommend keeping the lid loose to allow any excess water to evaporate and the cup to breathe. 

Avoid placing the jOOBOO in temperatures below freezing or above 35 degrees Celsius to ensure product integrity. 

ABS stands for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene which provides increased impact resistance, strength and stiffness to the jOOBOO base while simultaneously being an excellent electrical insulator. 

PCTG stands for Poly – Cyclohexylenedimethylene Terephthalate Glycol which provides high durability and resistance to chemicals while providing recyclability, too.

BPA stands for Bisphenol A,  which is a chemical widely used to make hard, clear plastics. It is an endocrine disruptor that has been linked to many negative health effects, including cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. All jOOBOO Products are BPA-Free and safe to use.
